Haley was raised in Turner, Oregon, where she developed a strong connection to the Willamette Valley and a lasting appreciation for the community she calls home.

An avid outdoors enthusiast with perhaps too many hobbies, Haley enjoys camping, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, crabbing, clamming, snowboarding, and much more. A longtime Timberline season pass holder, she is happiest outside exploring with her wife and daughter - whether snowboarding on Mt. Hood, salmon and bottom fishing off the Oregon Coast, or visiting a new national park.

Haley is an attorney practicing in general business matters, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, and construction law. Through her work, she has seen the importance of strong local businesses, organizations, and individuals who invest their time and resources into the communities around them.

As a parent, Haley is especially passionate about making the community a place where children and families can thrive. She believes that investing in children today strengthens the community for generations to come.
