Nora DeglowNurse, wife, stepmom, dog mom, traveler , dreamer.
Likes: lazy mornings, Peloton bike rides, Blazer wins , warm beaches and snorkeling. Dislikes: tardiness, negative attitudes, bananas, long lines at Disneyland. Nora grew up on the Oregon Coast in the small town of Seaside. She graduated from Willamette University with degrees in Sociology and French. A small town girl with big city dreams, she packed up her car following graduation and moved to San Diego with her sorority sisters, where she lived for 10 years. She has been a labor and delivery nurse at Salem Health for nine years. In 2020, Nora was recognized by the March of Dimes as a finalist for Oregon Nurse of the Year. Nora lives in Salem with her husband Jeremy, step-son Matthew and goldendoodle Uli. When she isn't working or volunteering in her community, Nora loves to travel, read, attend concerts and sporting events and spend time with family and friends. Nora's love for community is a perfect fit for Salem Angels! |
